Our classes open to male and female students.
Our weekly classes are designed especially for you.
It is a great way to socialise, keep fit, improve posture and flexibility.
Classes run for 50 minutes every Friday evening and they are affordable.

Silver Swan

We welcome all age 55+ learners of any ability to try out our Silver Swans Class. The class is specially designed for older learners to improve your mobility and energy levels.
Improvers
6:00 pm (Full)

The class is designed for people with very little or no previous ballet experience.
It provides a fun environment to learn foundation ballet techniques and basic vocabulary.
Intermediate
7:00 pm (Full)

Suitable for those with previous ballet experience and who are seeking to refresh their skills. It is for students with good understanding of the ballet technique and vocabulary.
