Our classes open to male and female students.

Our weekly classes are designed especially for you.

It is a great way to socialise, keep fit, improve posture and flexibility.

Classes run for 50 minutes every Friday evening and they are affordable.

Absolute Beginners

4:00 pm (New Class)

This class is perfect for adults new to ballet. You’ll learn the basic positions, simple barre exercises, and fundamental movements in a supportive, relaxed environment. No experience needed—just comfortable clothing and a willingness to try something new!

Silver Swan

5:00 pm (Full)

We welcome all age 55+ learners of any ability to try out our Silver Swans Class. The class is specially designed for older learners to improve your mobility and energy levels.

Improvers

6:00 pm (Full)

The class is designed for people with good foundation of ballet experience.

It provides a fun environment to improve their ballet techniques and increase their ballet vocabulary.

Intermediate

7:00 pm (Full)

Suitable for those with previous ballet experience and who are seeking to refresh their skills. It is for students with good understanding of the ballet technique and vocabulary.
